Factory tune not saved

Put the ECO tune on my car because I was off work for 2 weeks, moving, and doing a lot of driving around. Sat in my car today to turn MDS off. Says I need to restore the original backup.. go to install original backup and says cannot restore original backup because it may not have been saved. Go to view Show Last Tune Written and says "Trinity not married yet. Nothing to show."

Why would it say Not married yet if I had the ECO tune on it. Then it says original backup not saved.. it clearly saved before allowing me to write the ECO tune.

if you try to tune it now and it says its already tuned then give us a call and we can force a calibration update to get it back to stock.
