I recently purchased a 2006 Power Wagon 6 speed stick and installed American Racing long tubes, Spectre air intake and a Magnaflow can. Now I go and purchase this sweet intune i2 and plug it in, no love, freaked me out when it didn't even turn over! Now I cant figure this out, why would it work on a auto truck but not a standard one. Kinda baffled and slightly annoyed at this. Is there anything you guys can do? Next year it gets a blower and new cam, really would love to have a tuner to make it all work, had another 06 but it was auto and it worked awesome with the Predator.

so you loaded a tune and it wouldnt start, then restored stock tune and it was fine?

pretty much, then all it would do is the speedo correction reset codes and ABS. I'm not able to upload the performance tunes or adjust pedal sensitivity and such. Any ideas?

Can you load a tune to the truck, then post the files from the i2 drive here, including anything in the tunes folder, as well as the info.xml file?
If it wont run please set it back to stock once you grab copies of those file.

I'll try that, not sure on the process but I'll give it a shot, not the best at playing with these fancy boxes!

those are not tune files.. tune files will be in the TUNES folder...

that folder is empty man, nothing in there. All that was in that inTune2 is on here except for the updater stuff.

as mike mentioned above.. install a tune to the truck, then post the files from the i2 TUNES folder here, including anything in the tunes folder, as well as the info.xml file... If it wont run, then restore it back to stock after you have grabbed copies of those files and posted them here.

I tried that dude, won't let me install anything. The only function I can perform with the handheld is tire size adjust and ABS reset.

Not anymore, during the initial hook up with the truck it did load a tune but it messed with the trucks ability to run, turn over, anything. Now it just allows me to reset the ABS and sort out the tire size. At lease I can drive the truck, it still runs good and stuff, just cant load tunes or adjust the other parameters on it.

what exactly happens when you try to tune it?
