Error reading response

I recently purchased, updated and modified some parameters on my 16 Tahoe 5.3 with the I2030. I hooked it up to my PC and tried to update again after all of the modifications but I keep getting a message: error reading response from server. There are multiple root elements. LINE 2 Position 2. What does this mean?? I also noticed that the files on there are from Sept 2015. What gives?? I'm not a computer savy person so any help would be greatly appreciated. Also if I modified parameters on my Tahoe do I have to reload the factory settings if I want to change more to it or do I just make the changes as needed?? Thanks in advance.

sounds like it was an issue with diablosport's update server.. sounds like it couldn't connect to their server at that point.. try running the updater again and clicking the Check For Updates button..

and The dates on the inTune never change. There is no internal clock on the tool to keep track of dates/times. The date is hard-coded in the tool, so the dates won't change.
