Completely new to this whole madness. I ended up buying an unlocked intune i2 from ebay. I've updated the tool using both the windows folder updater/ and the ignition updater. However it still says my car isn't supported and requires an update. But when i try to re-update through the ignition program, it attempts to download 4 files but apparently fails.

attached are the SS that i've taken, and the info file?

car: 2006 srt8 charger

Edit: never got the chance to backup any of the stock tunes, so i don't know whats going on.

save this to the i2 drive and let the tool import it then load the update to the vehicle then you can tune it.

You should be fine then. The OS on your PCM is already supported.

I was had exactly the same problem.The latest version solved this problem.
And everything became supported. Just go to the official website and download the version you need.
