inTune i2 procharger help

Good afternoon,
I just received an inTune i2 with my Procharger kit for a 2017 Mustang GT. I am unable to access any advanced tuning options such as backing up my factory tune (required by Procharger). When I plug the device in, I select the "tune" option from the main menu and I'm presented with a screen that says "install calibration update onto vehicle", to which I can only select yes or no. There is no advanced tuning option nor a way to backup my tune. If I select yes, it goes through a writing process of some sort but does not save a backup of the stock tune. If I select no, I'm simply kicked back to the main menu. I need to figure out a way to save my stock tune to the device so that I can send it to Procharger. Not sure if this is related, but I previously had a Lund Racing tune on my car, but returned it to stock prior to attempting the inTune. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Just an update: I took my inTune back down to my car to make sure I wasn't missing something. Now when I plug it in and go to the tuning menu, I get the vehicle not supported notification and am prompted to check for updates. Unfortunately, the update process returns the "no updates found" message.
