Made a bad mistake - forgot to reset before dealer reset

Hi DiabloSport,

Thanks for making the intune device - it made my car feel more responsive! I unfortunately made a big mistake in not resetting my 91 tune before bringing it into Chrysler (they had to fix an oil pressure sensor & gasket I think). When I got the car back they reset my tune and when I plugged it back in (after updating it many times), it still says vehicle not supported. I got the info.xml file out (I think it may be a licensing thing, same vins but different CAL IDs?). Is there anyway to get my 91 tune back? I didn't want to post the info.xml just in case there was sensitive info in there...

Just a follow up, I called support and they were able to help me reset the tuner fairly quickly with the info.xml file saved. Thanks DiabloSport!

Post-follow up: Make sure to reset your tune before going to the dealership (Chrysler Toronto blasted mine away and I noticed when the radio and everything else was reset). I had a CEL on (oil pressure sensor/gasket) & they said they did a seatbelt recall so I thought they'd just have to clear the code but no. The diablo seems to be associated with not just VIN but CAL ID so support had to reset it completely (I guess the dealership put on a different CAL ID?). Lastly, the Diablo technician was smart enough to add the CAL ID as a new update which I had to do prior or else your info.xml will have a line like this in it: <unsupported calid='68164370AF' vin='1...4' oem='DCX'/>

The error message is deceiving because it might say vehicle not supported when it should say tune already used or cal id not added yet, etc...
