Getting custom tunes

I've got a trinity and an I2, I just picked up a 2008 F550 with a 6.4 / manual trans that I've got to rebuild because it's knocking. The drive train is going in a 1949 Truck so no emissions or rules to follow. I'm going to bullet proof the motor and delete the egr and dpf, how do I get a custom tune for either of my tuners so I can run the engine this way with no problems?

Unfortunately we do not offer any custom tuning options for the 6.4 Diesel, and specifically no DPF delete tuning.
