T2 cycles ign on/OFF ERROR reset needed

Hi, I updated my new T2 before I attempted to install in my 2007 Jeep SRT8 (European) but it keeps on asking for ignition on then off then on etc and after a while it says there has been an error and the tool needs to be reset. This happens when I click on any of the main screen options (gauges, perf tests etc).
After resetting again turn ignition on/off.

please post the info.xml file from the t2 drive.

are you starting with the ignition in the RUN position?

Yes I start at run mode until T2 comes alive then start the engine.

ok, you should not be starting the engine, just leave the ignition in RUN mode.

Ok sorry for the misunderstanding that’s what I did, I wait until the T2 is on the mainscreen then I start.

Apparently no solution and tuner not usable (even no monitoring) for my Jeep because it runs on lpg.
Strange, at least 75% of US gas powered cars and trucks run on lpg in Europe!

If I would have known.....
