PC software issue HELP

just received my predator p2

I am trying to download the application for PC so I can check for updates
its the formerly ignition one updater


running window 10 and also tried on another computer running windows 7


both with same results

downloads, loads drivers and closes after install

issue is no icon or program ever shows up on computer

what am i missing

been messing with for over a day as support is closed

when i plug the unit in to pc just files open up that i cannot do anyhting with

also i tried after no success just to hook to truck 2011 dram 1500 and no tunes avaialble contact support

i assuming this is because i did not update yet

but what am i missing,

please help as i am impatient and dont want to wait till tomorrw as i have already went out of my way to try a differnet computer
