power puck and a VA 3.1

I have an 03 with a power puck, truck runs great. I have a VA 3.1 that I wanted to add on to the 03. The VA 3.1 came from my 04 ( I put the VA 3.2 on that) Will the Van Aaken 3.1 work with the power puck?
2004.5 Dodge and 2003 Dodge both 2500 4x4 w/5.9 Cummins 5in turbo back, airraid cold air intake, banks high rise manifold, 03 has power puck and BD high perf lift pump, 04 has VA 3.2 with airdog system.

Not sure, if it is another pressure box it will probably not work well with the puck.
