Will this part number 7271 work on a 2019 5.3? Its says 2017+ put my 2019 Chevy Silverado in product compatibility but does not list a PREDATOR 2 PLATINUM. Thanks in advance!!

not if it is a new body style truck, they are not supported.

If you're going to want to get a custom tune done for your truck, then get the inTune i3 8246 Platinum or the Trinity T2 EX 9246 Platinum instead....
