7210 no files found

so i have a predator 2 platinum, just came in the mail, for an 04 gto, i installed the updater and whatever, i plug into my car and follow instructions, i selected standard tune, it said "no files for your vehicle were found press ok to continue" and then it goes back to the start screen, so i start over and select custom tuning, same thing, and now when i select tuning there isnt even an option between standard or custom. 7210 sn- 201392279 i saw others having the same issue, also should my predator turn on when the ignition is not on? because it doesnt

Please update the device so we can get the reads from the vehicle and we'll get it back to stock so you can start fresh.

ok i completed the update, plugged back into the car, nothing changed, still stuck at "no files were found in custom tunes folder"

you don't have any custom tunes... you'd need to select Standard Tunes...

it wont let me select standard tunes, that's the problem, when i select tunes its just goes straight to that screen.

We need to pull the files and provide a stock file to load so you can proceed.

oh boy im just loving life right now.... well it worked, i was able to do the standard tuning, it installed as its supposed to, i did the diablo 91 tune, thats whats in the tank, now the car wont run, i put it back to stock setting and it still wont run now
sounds like the fuel pump is shutting off right away, it will start and run for about 2 seconds
