intune i2 2030 issue?

hello,
i have my intune i2. it is primarily used to log and adjust fuel. but lately my i2 is acting strange. ignition is updated and shows that my device has updates available , so i download them and nothing happens. also my i2 keeps freezing up. if i save a copy of my current tune can you please restore it to factory with both my licences in tact.
