Vehicle not supported

I've Had my INTUNE I3 snice 2017. Just updated it today to change my tune. Now I get vehicle not supported message yet I've tuned it before (may times). I can't do anything. (2014 Ram 1500 5.7 8 Speed.)

I have to wonder if its just not communicating with the vehicle.

go tot he ? on home screen and select vehicle info with key in RUN and tell me if it can display the VIN and calibration.

It was communicating with my truck. after emailing support yesterday I was told to reset the intune i3. I Haven't tried putting a tune on the truck yet but I did make sure I didn't get the "Vehicle not supported" error. Now I don't see the stock tune that was backed up. How do I get that back?

if t was reset it will read a new backup.
