Good day DiabloSport team,
I hope you’re in good health.

I have a 2019 Dodge Charger Scat Pack and recently I bought PCM and Trinity device from your website. I did the installation by following the instructions for installing the PCM but the car won’t start and the security light is on.
I re-installed the OEM PCM and everything is ok. So could you please advise what is the issue?

theres a few threads discussing this, and there are instructions in the box with the pcm that explain the process of reading data from the stock pcm that has to be loaded t the new pcm before it will run the car.

On a JL or any 19+ model dodge/jeep/ram, a replacement/modified pcm will not work until you have followed the instructions on the paper in the box with the pcm.

If you mean that paper. Yes, I followed.
Got it from Youtube but I’m not sure if that instructions works for 19 also.
