Unexpected error

When trying to adjust parameters on my 2011 Sierra I get this error message. It doesn't go away after doing the error log thing.

I can read and clear DTC's just fine and have been able to change parameters in the past (I've had this tuner for almost 100k miles).

What is the issue?

is it a specific parameter, or any parameter?

how do I do that? I'm pretty sure I never had to do it before.

It comes up with error when checking for updates and closes the intune program on my desktop computer
