Trinity 2 not detecting Pulsar module

I installed the pulsar tuner according to the instructions, then having the Trinity 2 updated, I connected it to the vehicle. I set the tire size and went through the set up in the manual. Once the Trinity went to gauges, and showed info on it, I went to start the truck and it would not turn over. I checked the update again for the Trinity device, and it said it was up to date with the latest software. I hooked up a battery charger, plugged in the Trinity device and went through the the set up process again. This time it said that there was no pulsar detected. There was no VIN information or time information. It’s liken the truck is stuck in limbo.
