1999 7.3L , downshifts on tow tune ???

This thing is downshifting kind of harsh and in my opinion and a little early when on the tow tune , pulling a huge camper so the tow tune is the only tune that I am using , is this normal ? is it going to hurt anything shifting like this , anyway to get a tow tune with stock shifts ? Can the downshifts be adjusted with the programmer to downshift at a lower MPH when slowing down ? If you are running 65-70 mph and let off for slower traffic , at about 62 MPH it will drop gears and RPMS will fly up to 2300 or so .....on the stock tune the RPMS fall and even if it downshifts you hardly feel it and it downshifts at 50mph or so ....... so you barely can tell it .......

What is the easiest way to pull this information up ? I am assuming I would hook up the device to the truck , Does it just come up on the screen ?

Yes, on the top line of the main menu when powered up.
