CMR Reload

I recently had to bring my car in to the Dealer for some warranty work, so returned it to stock. When I got the car back, I first reloaded the 93 canned tune into my car then uploaded my CMR tunes into the predator from my computer. Then reloaded the CMR tunes from the custom tune menu. That seemed to work fine. Then I went for a ride and noticed the car had lower shift points and seemed tamer shifting... then prior to taking it in to the dealer. I reloaded everything again that seemed to go the same as the first time. I then did a "quick adjust" for shift firmness and shift point and reset the TCM...Now its seems to be back to normal.

For next time around or someone else.... I'm wondering does the saved CMR tune file itself include "shift firmness, shift points and wheel size" or do you need to do that separatly every time you take it back to stock?

The tunes do not include shift firmness or points, or anything in the QA menu.
