I did a search and I could not peice together the answer I was looking for, sorry if it exits and I just missed it. Anyhow, my situation/questions are as follows:
I have a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche with the Flex Fuel 5.3L engine. I tend to run E85 quite a bit as it is cheap enough to justify the reduced mileage.
If I bought the the U7194 and installed either the 87 or 93 octane tune and run E85, would my engine leverage this tune while running on E85 to help the engine performance in this scenario? Or would the E85 table currently in the vehicle not reference the gasoline tune, therefore, I would not see any engine performance gains with the U7194 tune overtop of what I have now while running E85?
I understand that there are other benefits to the programmer, but I was curious as to the engine performance gains with a gasoline tune, but running E85.
Thanks for you help in advance!

RE: Performance gain using E85 with gasoline tune installed
You will still see gains with the tunes while running E85, more on the 93 tune than the 87 tune....
Thanks
