8r17 and 8r18 were the only croms that would not cause the car to get stuck in gear and work. Autoshift disable still shifts at redline - which is fine.

I know what you mean, with my 91CAIperf tune on the 9r04 I was having sluggish power and lots of LT knk. I changed gas, pulled spark, added fuel, changed perf. tunes...LT knk kept coming back. I finally went back to stock tune, which reset the tool, and then reloaded the 91CAI tune.....runs awesome ...

I read on a post somewhere that if I turn off the MDS, I should also turn off the EGR. Is that correct and if so why?

I can understand if the fuel sux and it can cause the LT knk. But does that mean I am at an extreme ajustment with the -3 deg spark in my current setup?
