Hey Cookiemanster,
Ever hear of a thing called " thread jacking"??
I'm sure you are interested in an answer to your question but so am I. I don't have a Predator, so I'm not as interested, at this time, in a "stacked" tune result.

However, I also want to know if the posted dyno graph represents a ...

Was this a stacker comparison or just the puck only on a stock truck? I realize that the Puck does make some nice power when used by itself, what I'm really after is what does it "ADD" to the power levels I get using my exisitng Predator?

I guess I just find it puzzling that you would market a power adding device to be combined with the programmer for these trucks and not supply the consumer with some real world numbers for the anticipated horsepower gains. I've yet to see any hard data from Diablo showing that this unit actually ...

[quote="mikel"]We have not done any in house testing, but I have seen the results and they were solid.

The more I read that statement, the funnier it gets. Did you guys just build it and throw it out there? Maybe it's an empty box and you're just trying out a "Placebo" experiment on all of us Dodge ...

I'd love to see some actual numbers on the 5.9. I've been contemplating buying one but nobody seems to have a straight answer on Predator VS Predator and Puck combo numbers.

RE: New Diesel Owner

Well...........here's my 2 cents worth. Gauges are ALWAYS a good idea, they don't prevent things from happenning, they just let you see that something is going on. That being said, I run my 06 with 37" tires around on Extreme (best mileage) all the time except when towing and I don't have gauges ...

Diablo Predator problem........

Hi Guys: I have a complaint I'd like you to address. Ever since I downloaded the Extreme tune in my truck, my neighbour's dog won't stop barking at night. I can't believe you'd put a product out without checking for things like that, it makes me want my SMARTY back.......

This forum needs a ...

My 06 did the same thing, it would switch right to left sometimes, flash both occasionally. The multi-function switch is probably going bad, it happens to alot of these trucks and has quite likely nothing to do with the tuner, just coincidence.

Re: RE: Re: RE: Simple question on the cold weather rough id

Maybe someone can add a little more input on this, but i think the problem is in the high idle feature that creates random misfires in order to try and heat the engine faster, or so i have been told. I think the extra fuel running these programs is really amplifying the effects that you will even ...

RE: nothin but abunch of cry babies...

Funny post ......still laughing.
Programmers are like women, every one of them has quirks and issues, you just need to find one with issues you can live with.
They also start off all nice and stuff and then start costing you more and more money as time goes on.....LOL

RE: Re: RE: Lopeing high idle-makeing me look bad

Doesn't work, I've reloaded my original tune a number of times when going in to the dealership. The problem shows up on every re-load of the Diablo tunes. It's something that wasn't there back in the "tune on the fly days", it appeared right around the time the speed limiter was freed up. The best ...

RE: Lopeing high idle-makeing me look bad

Something tells me that you'll have a hard time duplicating sub-zero temps in Florida. When I worked for GM, we had snapshot data recorders that a customer could press a button and record all the data at the time the problem was occurring. My truck also will start a weird lope that almost sounds ...

Nah, that was with the 35's on it, it's doing virtually the same numbers with the 37's though.
