So Did you pop out the push button start and try the key fob? Also when doing the calibration, do not cycle the key.. Just hit the green check boxes.

Yes this is a manual transmission. 2012 5.7L 6-spd.

It felt like the skip shift function. It was like 5th and 6th was not there. It wouldn't even attempt to go into 5th or 6th.

I don't really want to, but I could possibly make it happen again and log the info for you.

So this morning I tried a few adjustments, but got some scary results. I have a 2012 Challenger RT 6-spd.

If I try to do a quick adjust with either the 91 or 93 tune some bad things happen, These are the items I am changing; the throttle boost +5%, tire size adjust 245/45/r20 and WOT +2 ...

I also never cycled the key during any of the other processes, and this also allowed the PCM back up and Dablo tune to be written and saved. :D

I have a 2012 challenger RT. I am not able to update the PCM with the calibration update.
I see others have had this problem and needed to reset the device. I guess I might be giving you fine folks a call. :D

I am not sure why I would need to reset it though, I didn't have any issue ...
