New Predator-doesn't work

I am having more problems with the new Predator I purchased for my 2006 Corvette. I installed the DSDownloader on my computer and tried to send a copy of the original backup from the Predator tool to my computer to send to you via email, and the program tells me that there is NO original backup on the Predator tool. When I try to get a backup from the car it just tells me that "Your calibration is not currently supported." Then I get the screen that says "Modify Tune" and "Original Backup."

Question: How do you get a tune, or original backup, from the car to send to you?

Go to modify tune and it will let you back up the original. I had the same question earlier in this thread

Thanks blackedoutvette. I thought that was the thing to do, but I wanted to hear it from someone who had gone through the process. As the old saying goes, "Haste makes waste!"
