predator with a cal id AMZ2AL12?

I have a predator for my 06 6.0 psd. I went to the diagnostics and got a cal ID that I swear says AMZ2AL12. Can this be right. The sticker on the back says 2005 6.0. The boot up has predator and v.7r84. I got a vxcf1d6.hex as well. Some more info off the unit is ser# 20010d9. Load 1009282455.
Power 6.0-784-h512 11/04/2005 03:48:30 pm. Is the Cal ID correct or do I need to try again? If the ID is correct, then, I think that this is still running a program from Nov of 2005 (if I am understanding what I see). I want to update this because I suspect there has been much advancement over time. Please give any advice freely. I will be responsible for any advice I accept. You need to update your Predator to the 8r10 and then the 8r17 revision.
This will allow it to work with your calid.
