Test Mode??

Post by CSMALL »

Still having problems with my Trinity. The tool froze while programming my truck so I had to send it in. Got the Trinity back from you guys and now when I plug it in it says that it is in TEST MODE. The key and touchscreen test pass but OBDII and Analog Fail. When i try to plug the trinity in my computer and update it I am not able to do anything because it is still in test mode. What can i do??

Could it possibly be the two buttons that are on the right side of the screen that are vertical?

I was not asked to fill out an RMA form. While programming my truck the module froze and would not recover. I had to send it in in order for them to fix it. Now that I have it back it will not let me get out of test mode or update it online. When i plug it into my truck it fails the OBII test.

Don't feel dumb. I didn't notice them for months either. They just blend in so well.

The top one is a back button, or they can be used to click either of the two touch screen buttons on the right side of the screen.
