ABS and E-Brake Lights

Post by scottvancil »

I have got a 2007 Silverado that I installed the U7194. The only changes that I made from the 87 octane program was the tire size, rpm limit and speedometer. When I got finished all was well the the ABS and E Brake lights came on. I checked for codes and there were none. Is this a known problem with this model of truck and programmer and if so what is the remedy to fix it?

Thank you for all your help and support!

Do you have non stock tires/gears?
Was your speedo off previously, and is it correct now?

Mike, thank you for your response. I have stock gears. My tire size is 285/65/18. Speedo was correct before and is still correct. When I said I changed the speedo I increased the max speed. I called tech support and they said something about having to download my stock tune and the tune I used to see how to correct the issue. They said that this problem I am having is a common issue. Is this true or is there something I can do with the programmer?

Awesome, i am glad to hear it is related to the speed limiter, we have been guessing that for a while.
Should be a simple fix if you can post up your last tune written and original backup.

Thanks

change your aspect ratio of your tire to 60 then set speed limiter 1 to 120mph that fixed mine no problems since
That thing must haul ass. You were going pretty fast when I passed you.
