NEW iNtune UPDATE

ok this a noob question....I just got the intune for my 06 Ram 5.7 yesterday and after plugging it in and setting it up everything seems to be fine so far. Just wondering how exactly i update it? I plugged it into my computer and it tells me me a INTUNE needs to be plugged in...After clicking ok it brings me to the files and one says Group_Update.itfg.....after clicking it i dont know what to do. Am I doing this right? Sorry for the lengthy question just want to make sure i got the right update...

so ive registured my intune and dont what its asked me to. the update on the website here is sending me to a computer scanning program where there just trying to make more money. i shouldnt have to pay more for something that should be working . whats the deal?

I have a Imac and when I bought my predator tuner on 04/09/2012 with u7778 p.c. interface kit, the disc is to small to load in the computer so there is no way I can update my tuner or fix bugs. Is there a driver for mac? and if so how do I upload it? and do I get a free update? software on it right now is 9r11.

predator will not work with MAC, this is a section specific for use with a new inTune o na MAC or non windows based PC....

So what's the deal with this...? Is a RMA going to be faster than getting this update out? My tool is completely useless and its starting to get annoying that my 400$ investment is nothing but a paper weight when I need it :/

Hi, I'm from Venezuela and I am trying to update my intune but I get the following error: unable to find contact updater please calibration tech support for help and them closes. I try to update as I said that does not support the vin of my truck. Help me please!!!
