Can't read troublecodes U7131 06 Dodge Diesel

I have an '06 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel 4x4. I am using the Predator U71731 Economy Performance Tune. I popped up a check engine light when passing a vehicle today on a 2 lane road. When I try to scan the code the product says "trouble code not found" . I followed the instructions in the manual and the onscreen instructions. I tried it several times including when the check engine light went out after several restarts.

Will the Predator clear the check engine light?

I didn't clear the code because I wanted to know what the fault was. The check engine light goes away after several engine restart.

The code may be a non-'P' code, meaning it could be something related to a non-powertrain issue.
The Predator does not always have the ability to read non-'P' codes.

u7131, need new nozzels what size do I get? Want stock! I put 165nozzels in and there to big, (blowing smoke even at idle) will sell cheep. Also need torques on injector hold down and down tube holders, and rocker arms bolts.
