Idea for the 2011+ tunning issue!

Well I got it install and ready to go...



However I will not install tune until I do alittle more reading... Almost done..


I have some stupid questions for Diablo.. (sorry I am not the sharpest tool in the shed)

1) I have no engine light warnings at all. However when I check Trouble engine codes.
The Trinity gives a shit of errors. I click clear codes and follow the directions to clear.
However when I go back into check codes those codes are still there..

2) I was told ,,, that you are able to turn Trinity on AND off while its plugged into the car.
I able able to turn it on but how do you turn it off. ?

3) is the only available tune a 83 and 91 Oct ? I use 93 Oct in my car..

1- well the trinity can only clear PCM codes so if the other codes you are seeing are not pcm and U codes or something then those wont clear. However remove the battery for a few minutes and most of them will clear as well. these cars are over sensitive. a code can appear for a million different reason.

2- the trinity is controlled by ignition and lack of use. so if you are not monitoring anything it will go to sleep. same deal when the trinity is plugged in and the car is shut off.
Change monitoring sleep to above 30 seconds.

3- are you not seeing a 93 octane or diablo tune? can you list all that you see.
and go to options trouble shooting Show calid when ign is turned on to see what the current cal id for the car is?

I got it all figured out..
I was able to re-download.. I now have the 2012 Dodge option and I have the 93 Tune.
I also got the sleep mode thing figured out as well.
All codes are cleared..

I plan to do some data logging with my car at stock.
Then I will download the tune..
