Well I can confirm only the 3.6 is affected by this because I tried it on my Mom's '12 Charger R/T and It worked fine. I plugged it back into the PC after testing it and got the same CalID error as before though.

3.6L users need help!!!!!!mikel wrote:please post a copy of the info.xmlfile from the intune drive.Oconer wrote:it is saying PCM calibration for 23CDYAG7CH206593 might need an update. check for a calibration update? and i click the green check and does absolutely nothing
Most of you have already tried tuning your car before the release, which is why everyones tools are asking for an update.
After a moment of confusion with Wramanr's issue, I realized his calid was now supported, despite the leftover update request, which is why all he had to do was go to the car and load the tune. Anyone that is getgting the calibration failure on the PC side, please try just loading the tune to your car. If it still asks you for an update, and it is not downloading fromthe web, please post up a copy of your info.xml file from the intune drive.
Thanks
Re: 2012 Dodge Challenger 3.6 Intune Problem?
Despite getting all of the PC updates today after unboxing, I'm having the same problem as the other 2011 and 2012 Dodge Charger guys with 3.6L are having with the DCX.
On the vehicle, it recognizes the VIN but you get the message "Vehicle may need calibration update." If you choose the red X, then you get the message "Vehicle unsupported - contact Diablosport."
If you try it again and instead choose the green check, it says "Disconnect from vehicle and connect to PC to check for updates."
However, when I connect to PC and run the Intune Updater, it says "Checking internet for calibration updates" along the bottom and then I get a pop up message that says "Contact Diablosport 68060761AG."
I was so stoked when it was delivered today but my smile is turning into a frown..
NOTE TO DS: I had my factory calibration updated once at the dealer about a year ago.

Re: 2012 Dodge Challenger 3.6 Intune Problem?
I keep getting a popup that says an error occured when plug into the pc, it gives a calibration id, and for the life of me there is not intune.exe file located in the diablosport cd rom file for me to right click to run as an administrator.
Re: 2012 Dodge Challenger 3.6 Intune Problem?
Read through the first few posts everyone here is having the same issue.tb632 wrote:I keep getting a popup that says an error occured when plug into the pc, it gives a calibration id, and for the life of me there is not intune.exe file located in the diablosport cd rom file for me to right click to run as an administrator.
Hopefully tomorrow everything can get settled, right now I have a $450 useless handheld device sitting in the box

Re: 2012 Dodge Challenger 3.6 Intune Problem?
Yah i've read them all too, same issue for the most part. I've heard someone say that it may have been caused by us jumping the gun and attempting to install update on pc//tune car too early prior to support being offered...but the update (3.6L service update) was already on the site, then taken off the site without us knowing about itOconer wrote:Read through the first few posts everyone here is having the same issue.tb632 wrote:I keep getting a popup that says an error occured when plug into the pc, it gives a calibration id, and for the life of me there is not intune.exe file located in the diablosport cd rom file for me to right click to run as an administrator.
