Inutune with 1r01h firmware loaded.
Won't load the 'group_update.itfg' file because it is not registered.
I dragged the registration.itf file to the F: drive, it restarts and goes through the same process of never giving me a registration form and coming up with the same error msg. I have tried many, many times.
What to be done?

when I restore settings to factory original then restore tire size frezzes up and does nothing

the tool is definitely registered. Try this. Go to quick adjust and hit yes to restore quick adjust, then go to restore vehicle and you should be all set.
