No DOD after custom tune

The vehicle is a 2008 Silverado K1500 LTZ 5.3 with LT headers, no cats, smooth intake elbow & high flow filter. After running the log files and getting it dialed in I wanted to turn DOD back on. After the header install, with the Diablo tune DOD worked fine. Nothing was changed in the "final" tune but DOD was turned back on, didn't work. I put the Diablo tune back in & it worked fine. The last tune sent to me is the Diablo tune with the rear O2's off but DOD still does not work. Any ideas?

yeah Mike, when you see this tomorrow... I have the DOD enabled/on in the custom tune, yet he's saying that DOD is not working/engaging when he drives the truck?? Any ideas??? first time I've come across this issue, so I asked him to post up about it, maybe you have seen it before???

WTO - post up your original backup stock tunes as well please....

try this new file, see if you get DOD to engage.

I wish I could report back that DOD works now but it does not.

I dont believe it is an issue with the tune at all....

If I put it back stock, or install the Diablo tune, DOD work's fine but my check engine light is on because of the missing cats. I nstall the custom tune & it stops working, what else could it be?

Ahh, for some reason I thought you guys were saying that DID did not work in the stock tune now either.
If it is just with Lews tune, I'll have to see if I can get more eyes on this.

Thanks for the quick response. I'm going to put less final tune back in until you have a new one to try. Truck ran great with the final one I just wanted DOD back on to try and get my MPG up.
