hello i just received my intune today and first thing i did was plug it into my computer to get the most recent updates andwhen i plugged it into my car first the tcm had an error i skipped that and then when i went into the tune it let me set all my stuff first and then when i went to build the tune it said an unexpected error has occurred please help im confused

there is no tcm/tranny support for a Cruze.. so just skip the TCM part of the tune and it will install the ECM/engine tune no problem..

i tried skipping the tcm and it just buffers at 0% while its building the tune and then it says an unexpected error has occurred then creates an error log and then continues to sit at 0% and does nothing

are you trying to adjust any parameters when you load the tune?
If so, please try resetting the params then load the tune that way and see if it works.
