Unable to update/calibrate *Please help ASAP*

This first image is when it is attached to my PC and after it 'says' it has updated

The second image is what the firmware says when I connect it to my vehicle

This is when I try to flash my original file back

The fourth is what it says when I try to adjust parameters or install a tune.

I get this when I click okay above.

what vehicle?

please post the info.xml file from the intune drive.

what started this?

did you take the truck to a dealership and then try to tune it when you got it back?

I took my vehicle in for the shifter tsb. I guess they may have done something. If so, how do I fix it?

fax or email proof of the dealer flash to us then call with the tool powered up and we'll reset it.

I will have to get them to send me a copy of what they did as it was a free service so I did not receive a receipt.
