2005 silverado cant change gear ratio

i have a 2005 silverado 1500 z71 and i just put 4.10 gears in and just got my diablo tuner. and i cant adjust the gear ratio can someone help me?

post the files from the tunes folder and tel us what the stock gears were as well.

the stock gears are 3.42 and the aftermarket gears are 4.10

save this to the i2 drive and let the device import it then you may load the cusotm tune to the truck and speedo will be correct.
