Diablo intune freezing up

So I went to program the 93 octane tune and it got to 15% and froze. Than " service stabilitrak" light came on. I called Diablo and after 25 min on hold I gave up and turned the key off. When restarted every light on the dash was on and I was able to get it home but in like a limp mode. Luckily I plugged it back in and returned the stock tune and it's fine. I'm too nervous to try again. 2016 Silverado 5.3

I'm having the same problem with freezing trying to tune? I started to tune my 07 Escalade and it was at 100% and said something to to effect of experienced an error. Since then I can't get into tuning mode. When I select tune vehicle it starts to spin then freezes up spins again for a second then freezes completely. Registry reset key is 873263 D4071C 5C2520 41A414 671D4F. Thanks!

please post the backup files from the device before we reset it.

go to settings/advanced/registry reset and type out the key it displays and post it up, and leave tool on that screen until I reply with instructions to proceed.

I did the reset now it wants me to email the stock tunes. I have them listed up a few posts

save this to intune drive and let tool import it then go to the vehicle and click tune vehicle and it will load this t set pcm back to stock,then we may have to repeat for tcm.
