Vehicle not supported message

Post by MealMoney »

Just purchased the intune 2, did a wifi update, followed by installing ignition software and update through the software.
Plugged into '12 Challenger 5.7l and went to tune and informed me vehicle not supported and to check for update.
Plugged back into PC and says up to date.

Attached is my info file, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

its not asking for an update here, do you have the push button removed and the key inserted to RUN mode?

Thanks

Is there a way to remove the update and start over?

its not seeing the car, make sure its in run mode and that you agree when it asks to check for an update in the vehicle.

I'll check when I get home again. But I plugged it in, turned ignition clockwise twice to run mode. Hit agree to terms when i2 loaded up. When I hit tune vehicle button in gave me a brief loading screen then followed immediately by vehicle not supported message. Was never any prompt for updating vehicle.

Still no luck, plugged it in, run more on, saw it checking for vehicle updates but then went to main menu.
I can check vehicle info, trouble codes, but tune car throws up the not supported message.
