Tuner (tool) doesn't recognize that it's plugged in

One problem after another. The ignition updated seems to be trying to update
But now the tuner does nothing. Refuses to recognize update

Ignition updates now states that device is up to date !
However I plug into truck (14 ram 1500 5.7) and it says update required
Vehicle not supported.

its asking you to check for an update for the vehicle now.
Please post the info.xml file from the i2 drive here.

the device is missing a critical file and will need to be swapped out, can you give us a call so we can set up an rma?

purchased a second intune tool directly from diablosport now mike, it just arrived.
I plugged into the PC and did the update, returned to truck and received the same message vehicle not supported please update. how do I proceed?

mike here is the most current xml file if that helps

it just wants you to connect to a pc and run ignition to get the update for the vehicle, then load that update to the vehicle then you can install the tunes.
