Ok I called and spoke to someone about sending in the tuner he said it's covered under warranty because I can't drive the car because I can't switch tunes and I was able to plug my buddy's intune into my car and hit vehicle info and it brought the Cal I'd and vin right up in seconds his is older so I couldn't try swapping cables but it is indeed the tuner that won't read the car

Ok I received the new tuner now do I just load my backup and tune files from my computer to the tuner ? Because the car still has a tune on it because I wasn't able to swap it back to stock before I sent it in ?

connect to pc and update it and it will download a stock tile, then go back to the car and load the update to the pcm to set it back to stock, then start fresh.
