Did setting the original wheel size work? or did you have to adjust the numbers.
Just curious -
I don't know why it made a difference, but going in and manually setting the wheel/tire size (to the actual stock dimensions) cleared up the problem.

I'm glad its working, the new tune does feel like an improvement.

Cool glad to hear that- I've notice a lot of people state they work fine after resetting the factory size manually.

I had the same issue with mine my ABS light comes on after 4-5 miles of driving. I have the U7193 with the latest update. Changed my tire size and now the light comes on. I am running 37/13.5 MT on a GMC 2500HD 6.0L.

From what everyone has posted they have gone in and changed the tire settings till they got the right settings to keep the light from coming on. I do that and it throws off my speedo and all the other stuff tied into it (MPG,Odometer,ect.).

I have the Basic Diablo tune installed the only change was the tire size tried installing the tune both ways standard and metric. I love the added power it gave but do not like this ABS issue. The only performance parts on the truck is a cold air intake and I have 9" lift with 37" tires.

Try setting the tire size in the metric version manually, Then start working your way down on the size. (Like if stock is 250/70/17 try setting it at 250/68/17 then ***/67** and so forth)
when adjusting these tire sizes make sure to follow these steps.
1- boot up programmer
2- pred tune- Modify parameters
3- reset parameters to stock
4- install reset program with no changes to program
5- start vehicle and let it run for a minute or two (i did this while rebooting the programmer)
6- after rebotting it select program to install
7- modify the program parameters making adjustments to the wheel size
8 -then load the program.

I found that if you just start changing the program parameters without resetting it and starting the vehicle the predator starts changing / converting some setting back to stock.

Again I'm no pro at this programming I can only let you know what I did and how it turned out for me.
I would start my setting at 1 point above my stock and start working my way down until you get it.
