ABS
I have an 07 Ram Hemi. I have what i consider a major issue. Last week i had to avoid an accident by braking. It seems that even if an ABS light does not come on, it does not mean it is working. I have 3 out of 4 tires (2 weeks old i might add) flat spotted. You see when you load a tune apparently ABS is deactivated without you knowing it. I would like to speak to a representative about this.

RE: ABS
If you have not already, please make sure your Predator is up to date on the 9r03 revision.
Thanks

Re: RE: ABS
First you have to read the posts carefully. Some people are turning off ESP completely with the Predator selecting what is now called "dyno mode". After that some people are having some problem with their ABS light staying on (various things that I think were due to some combination of selections but I haven't paid attention). You are the first that I know of to say that your ABS did not work AND the light was not on. Have you tried putting it back to stock and recreating the stop you made to see if you get the same effect?lawnmoman wrote:so the posts i see about abs light and non-function aren't there?
ABS is pretty much separate from ESP/traction control. The tunes reduce torque management which in turn reduces ESP. As far as I know they do not touch ABS.

There have been a few cases of people using the U7137, loading a tune, and the ABS light stays on...I have not seen Diablo specifically address these concerns for some reason
RE: Re: RE: ABS
I thought they went to a different version CROM and it resolved it? In any event, that's VERY different from ABS not working and the light NOT being on.

We've certainly dealt with it, and in fact made sure as of 9r03 no such thing will happen.Black05Hemi wrote:There have been a few cases of people using the U7137, loading a tune, and the ABS light stays on...I have not seen Diablo specifically address these concerns for some reason

Ill try to answer all.
I have not duplicated nor do i want to on dry pavement. As i said these tires were new. I will have them shaved next week.
i have the 9r02 crom.
I will play around with rain this weekend (fingers crossed).
Try tuned and not to check when where and how.
then will load 9r03.
