performance tune load = FAIL
ive tried twice to load the performance tune into my 05 hemi ram and both times it goes through the PCM and TCM writing and when i think it should be done is says the writing tune or whatever it is, has failed and i have to reload my stock tune before i can even crank the truck..... HELP
RE: performance tune load = FAIL
it keeps saying something like " writing failed, please make sure ign key in ON but the engine is NOT running " but the ign key is ON and the engine is NOT running. so.... ???

RE: performance tune load = FAIL
It seems that a few of us 05s have this problem.

I got mine to load eventually. The real kicker is that every time I want to change a parameter, I have to go through the flash process several times to get it to take. To make it worse, when the upload fails, it goes back to stock instead of the last written tune!
Mikel - If you're tracking these, I do have the Mopar Remote starter.

Uh huh, it's done it to me too on my '05 Ram...Just gotta keep trying, and make sure your battery voltage is 12.8 or over
This tuner is very picky, unlike the Superchips I used for years, with no issues...

RE: performance tune load = FAIL
David is right the DSP is giving some of us some fits when it comes to loading certain parameters. Johan I sent you a PM....
Re: RE: performance tune load = FAIL
Probably true. On the hemis the Superchips doesn't do anything...Black05Hemi wrote:This tuner is very picky, unlike the Superchips I used for years, with no issues...
