u7194 2008 silverado how do I disable speed limiter on performance tune

Go to the modify tune menu and turn off the speed limiter.

Do you have to go into the performance tune first and then modify the speed limiter ? Or can you modify directly from the main menu?

you have to select the same tune you installed before... then go to Modify Tune (instead of install tune)... scroll down to the parameter you want to adjust, press the center enter button to access it, make your adjustment, press the center enter button to save the change, then press the ESC button a few times to back out of the menus until it prompts you "Install Tune Now??" - select YES and it installs the tune with the changes you just made.

Ok but I just don't see one for speed limiter. Not that it matters really since the top speed on these cars is often upwards of 160 mph. But still would like to know why I can't see it.

the adjustable parameter doesn't exist separately for yours, because the speed limiter is already removed in the canned tune itself...

it's not for the trucks, so that's why he has the option available to him..

So how do I go about changing my speed limiter on the U7193? I know I could probably play around with the programmer and figure it out, but I'm afraid of what all I may screw up in the process.

when i remove my speed limiter my abs/brake lights come on, i havnt adjusted tire size and it doesnt happen with the speed limiter on with the diablo tune

Can you disable the speed limiter, then export the last tune written and post it here please?

I am having same problem when i turn off the speed limiter the abs and brake lights come can anyone help i have not touched the tire size setting and i have the oem 20" on my truck please help
