Trinity Can Not Tune My CAR ( Tahoe 2010 )

Dear Sir,

I just Received my Trinity 2 Days ago ....

First Thing i do after i install the DSdownloader to my PC
i update my Trinity With :-
trinity_1r07.crom
Then
trinity_u7194-1r07a_update.crom

As instruction , Now i abel to Tune my Vehicle ( 2010 Chevy Truck )
But i did Not found any other vehicle only Comoro on Chevrolet 2010

and after i ask ( 06MonteSS ) they told me to choice 2009 Tahoe from the Trinity

i Do , but i still can not Do any Performance Tune on my car

i only abel to use Monitor and Diagnostic

- when i log in to the performance i got message :
( Modify stock tune allows you to change parameter, such as speed limit,
without adding power or torque.)

then

( your calibration is not currently supported. Trinity will try to save your
original backup. press enter to view CALID.)

note : after i chose tahoe from 2009 menu , the trinity show not they support
corvet c6 ,,,,, and after that trinity restart )

waiting for technical support replay

you need to let it save a copy of your original backup stock tune file...

then export that original backup tune file from the trinity to your PC...

then post that original backup tune file up here in the forum, and they will have to add support for your calibration ID...


or, you may need to get your ecm updated by your dealer to a newer calibration ID in order for it to recognize your vehicle and allow it to work.

Please go to options/change vehicle type/and reselect your vehicle, then see if it supports the truck again.

his whole initial issue was, that there's no 2010 Tahoe vehicle selection in there... so he had to select 2009 Tahoe...

but MIKEL even when i select the Tahoe form 2009 i still can do any performance tune .

please try as I suggested just so we know for SURE.

Then performance tune and see what it says.
