06 Ram rev & shift points

I have installed my trinity on my 06 ram and i really love it. I want to raise the shift points and rev limiter a little and the settings i choose are not staying with any of the canned tunes i run. I chose to raise the rev limiter to 6,200 then raise the 1-2 & 2-3 shift points to 6,000. I went out for a test run and the shift points are still stock. This is bothering me that something may be wrong. Is there a fix for this?

PS. I do have custom tuning for trips to the drag strip and had these parameters raised by the cmr dealer but i would like these to be changed on the canned tunes when running the highway with 87 octane fuel. This is where my issues lie.

load the tcm tune with those changes then export the last tune written and post it here please.

Actually....FWIW, you can load a custom tcm tune with a canned PCM tune if you want...

ok i'll get that info for you. I did see that the custom tcm tune was available but the thing with the custom tcm tune the shifts are very quick and firm and my wife complains about them .. but i have to keep her happy.

I'm currently running the 87 octane tune but would this apply across all tunes?

Also i noticed adjusting the part throttle down shifts do not have any affects either. Rev limiter is also not adjusting correctly. Holding 1st gear it hits the rev limiter at around 5900. I believe i had set it at 6200 to accommodate for the higher shift points. I'll include the pcm file just in case.

Edit:It has come to my attention that it is possible that even the custom tune files arent able to be adjusted as well. I contacted hemifever where i purchased the trinity from. He says that he has seen it before where the tuner does not alter any of the changes made. I made a quick run on the way home earlier with one of his ecm & tcm custom tunes and infact the rev limiter, and shift points seem to be the same as the canned tunes.

I called in and have one of the techs looing into this. Hoping there is a fix..

It doesn't matter what rpm I select it doesn't hold. it reverts back to what you see in these pics.

Also here is what a few part throttle upshift and downshifts look like. Something is not right. All of them look like this.
