n2mb wot box not working with diablo intune for caliber?

i have an 2008 caliber srt4, i just recently purchased a n2mb wot box, and with some research, found that apparently, it does not work with the diablo tune unless given a custom tune. i contacted customer service and he said to ask here. he also said if needed, the custom tune is free. could you help me please?
