Unable to update

I purchased a used intune tuner which is unmarried. The auto updater is giving me the following error:

"An unexpected error occured. Tool OEM is missing. Parameter name: OEM"

Here is my info.xml file:

Let me know what I need to do so I can update the tuner. I will be using it on a 2006 Dodge Charger RT.

please save this file to the drive and let it reboot then try the udpater again.

I transfered the file to the tuner. I let it reboot and tried to update it again. I am still getting the same error as before.

they were closed yesterday for company outing..

they'll be back monday..

try loading this file, dont worry about the updater for now.

I loaded the file to the tuners drive & let it reboot. I hooked up the tuner to the car and when I proceeded to tune the car I got a screen saying the PCM might need a calibration update.

I am still unable to update the tuner as I am still getting the same error as before.

Anything else we can try?

save this ot th eintune drive, let the tool import it then load the update to the car, then you can tune it.

It worked. I was able to tune the car. Thanks for all your help.
