Intune freezing up will not load canned or factory tunes.

Vehicle is a 2008 Chevy Silverado with the 5.3 engine.
I was running Diablo tune for longest time turned it back to stock then tried to load the 87
Octane tune and it freezes up. I have updated it tried restoring to stock but once it asks for ignition to
Be turned on I do that and then it freezes with the little wheel. Any ideas anyone.

Im having the exact same issue. Except, I have the 87 tune in the truck now. It gave me some weird error code towards the end and then froze. It took the 87 tune and some additional stuff, but aborted the tranny firm shift. Now it wont recognize the truck at all.
