List of Adjustable Parameters

I have a 2015 Silverado and can't find a list of all the adjustments I can make. Would be nice to have a plan before connecting to OBD port.

Um thanks but not what I was looking for. If I select 87 octane load, what gets changed and to what. Timing change, speed limit changed to? or modify stock program changes what? None of the manuals list what you are actually changing from stock.

there are too many changes to list, but timing, fueling, throttle, shift pressures, torque managements, etc.
